We understand that sometimes you may need to change you appointment, and we kindly ask that you provide 24hrs notice for any change to a single service and 72hrs notice for any change in multiple services. If there are three or more same day cancellations or missed appointments you will be asked to secure your future appointments with a credit card.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you arrive excessively late, as a courtesy to other clients, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Method of Payment
Eclips Salon & Spa accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, Checks and Cash. However, we do not give cash back on checks or credit cards.
Gratuity is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card.
You may notice a “+” sign after some prices. This indicates price variations among service providers that are based on education and experience. Continuing education is required with industry leaders and once this is completed, the stylist or technicians price will increase to reflect a new skill level.

Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Eclips Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
